A litre of skimmed milk (whole milk can be used, it will be thicker).
1 yoghurt of the flavour you want the yoghurts to be (it can also be natural).
4 large spoons of cane sugar (the spoons can be white sugar, syrup or sweetener).
You can add sugar if you want, this ingredient speeds up the fermentation process, but it is not necessary to add it, you can do it when you are going to make it.
Mix all the ingredients well and fill the jars and cover them, put them in the yoghurt maker and select the yoghurt maker with 42º and 8 hours of time. Personally, I like to add warm water to the yoghurt maker once all the jars are in place and closed, to cover them and then I cover them with the lid of the yoghurt maker.
